The Honda B series oil dipstick tube (part number 11111-PR3-300) is the metal tube that sticks out of your block that your oil dipstick slides into. When your tube cracks or breaks, you can't check your oil level properly and dirt's getting into your engine through the broken tube. This is a genuine Honda replacement dipstick tube for B16, B17, and B18 engines. If your dipstick tube's cracked, broken, or you snapped it off during an engine swap, you need to replace it.

Your dipstick tube's made from metal and it's sticking out of your engine block. Over time, the tube cracks from vibration, gets bent when you're working in your engine bay and hit it with something, or it corrodes and breaks off at the base. When your tube's cracked or broken, you can't get an accurate oil level reading because your dipstick doesn't sit in the tube properly. Way worse than that, a broken dipstick tube leaves an open hole straight into your crankcase. Dirt and debris fall right into your oil. If you've got a cracked or broken dipstick tube, replace it now before dirt gets into your oil and destroys your bearings.

Note: Dipstick not included. This is just the dipstick tube. If you need a new dipstick, order part number 15650-P30-000 separately. When you install the new tube, make sure your O-ring seal's seated properly in your engine block. If your O-ring's not seated right, your tube's going to leak oil. Clean the dipstick tube bore in your engine block before you install the new tube. If there's dirt or old seal material stuck in the bore, clean it out so your new O-ring seals properly. Don't force the tube in. Press it in straight so you don't damage the O-ring.
