TracTuff RBC/RBB Water Neck V2 – K-Swap Upgrade for RSX & Civic Si
The TracTuff RBC/RBB Water Neck V2 is the ideal upgrade for enthusiasts performing a K20Z3 or K24A-series swap into the 2002–2006 Acura RSX (DC5) or 2002–2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3). This billet water neck is specifically designed to let you reuse the factory-style radiator hoses from the original chassis, simplifying installation while keeping an OEM-like appearance and fit.
This water neck acts as a direct OEM replacement for engines like the K24A, K24A2, K24A4, K24A8, and K20Z3 being installed into chassis originally equipped with the K20A, K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1, or K24A1. The TracTuff design eliminates the bulky factory neck with its unnecessary heater core fitting and EGR provision, replacing it with a compact, efficient, and high-quality billet alternative.
Each flange is precision-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for superior strength and durability. It features a -16 ORB outlet port and a 1/2” NPT heater port, with a welded outlet that can be configured for a standard 1.25” hose or a -16 male flare fitting. The included hardware kit provides everything needed for installation: four M8 socket head bolts, a 90° heater hose fitting, a 1/2” NPT plug, and a pair of o-rings for a leak-free seal.
