Why This Exists

TracTuff developed this after years of feedback on their original Water Bypass Adapter. A lot of customers were simply plugging the adapter instead of routing coolant through it, so TracTuff built a dedicated block-off plate that keeps all the fitment precision and quality of the adapter without paying for the unused features. If your plan was always to block the bypass off, this is the purpose-built part for it.

Understand The Modification

The water bypass serves a real function in engine temperature management, so this isn't a free delete, simplifying the cooling system does change how coolant moves through the engine. Research the pros and cons of a bypass delete and make sure it fits your build goals before committing to it.

Adding A Sensor Port

If you plan to add a sensor port, drill and tap from the front side for your sensor's thread pitch. Do not start tapping from the back.
