SpeedFactory A/C Compatible Ram Horn Turbo Manifold - Honda B-Series & D-Series

Everybody says they don't care about air conditioning right up until the first 95-degree day in stop-and-go traffic with the windows down and their shirt stuck to the seat. Deleting the A/C is one of those decisions that feels hardcore in the winter and feels stupid in July. This SpeedFactory Ram Horn is how you skip that whole regret. It's engineered to clear your factory A/C, so you get a proper equal-length ram horn manifold, strong spool, real top-end, and you still get cold air on the drive home.

You Don't Have To Choose

Most serious turbo manifolds force the trade: if you want the good design, the A/C comes out. SpeedFactory built this one specifically so street cars don't have to make that call. Same ram horn concept, same equal-length runners that get a turbo lit early and keep pulling to redline, just routed to live alongside your A/C instead of evicting it. If your car is a daily, a weekend car, or anything that occasionally has a passenger in it, this is the version you want. Big power and a livable car are not mutually exclusive.

Be Honest About Your Turbo

Here's the trade you're actually making, and you should know it going in. Fitting around the A/C means working within tighter space, so this manifold is built for small to medium T3 turbochargers only, and for clearance reasons it comes one way: with a 38/40mm V-band wastegate flange. That's it. No T4 Open option, no 44/46mm gate.

For a heavily built street engine on a sensibly sized T3, that's a genuinely great combination and it's exactly what this thing was designed around, you'll have a fast-spooling, hard-pulling car that's still pleasant to drive. But if you're hanging a big T4 off the head chasing serious numbers, this isn't your manifold, and no amount of wanting it to fit will change that. Go with the standard Ram Horn and say goodbye to your A/C. Right tool, right build.

Polished, Because You're Going To See It

Nice touch on this one: it's built from polished 1.5" schedule 40 stainless. On a street car where the hood goes up at meets and the bay is part of the build, that finish matters, a polished ram horn looks like something you chose rather than something you settled for. It's the kind of detail that makes a tucked, clean engine bay come together.

Built To Seal And Stay Sealed

Underneath the finish it's the same standard SpeedFactory holds everywhere. The tube is TIG welded and back purged, which means argon flooding the inside of the pipe during welding so the weld root comes out clean rather than sugared and brittle, and that's what keeps welds from cracking on a part that glows orange and vibrates every time you drive it. The cylinder head, wastegate, and turbine inlet flanges are CNC machined from 1/2" 1018 steel plate with every mating surface cut dead flat, so it seals on install and doesn't warp its way into a leak three heat cycles later.
