Skunk2 -10AN Valve Cover Vent Kit - K Series (K20 / K24)

Built a K-series and you're ready to plumb a real breather or catch can setup? This is how you do it clean. The Skunk2 -10AN valve cover vent kit gives your K20 or K24 two big -10AN ports right in the valve cover, so you can run -10AN lines straight to an external breather, oil separator, or catch can without hacking together fittings that don't fit. It's a straight bolt-on, two fittings thread right in, and your crankcase ventilation is sorted. If you're chasing more power and your engine's making more blow-by than the stock PCV setup wants to handle, this is the upgrade that keeps your crankcase pressure under control and your intake clean.

Why You Vent The Valve Cover On A Built K-Series

Here's what's going on inside your motor. The harder you push a K-series, especially once you're spinning it to high RPM or adding boost, the more pressure and oil mist builds up in the crankcase from blow-by past the rings. That pressure has to go somewhere, and if you leave it on a stock PCV system, a lot of that oily air gets pulled right back into your intake, gunking up your manifold and throttle body and costing you consistency. Venting the valve cover to an external breather or catch can gives that pressure a clean way out and keeps the oil out of your intake tract.
