PRODUCT DETAILS
Rywire IGBT Coil Sub-Harness AEM/IGN-1A
You are running IGBT 5-wire smart coils (AEM or IGN-1A) on a 4-cylinder or 2-rotor and you need a dedicated coil sub-harness, not a full engine loom. This is the official Rywire COP-IGBT-HARNESS. Rywire designed it around the 13B rotary, with two 50A relays (one per rotor), 16 AWG Tefzel power wires, and separate grounds for leading and trailing. On a 4-cylinder you ground both ring terminals to the head and use the labeled L1, T1, L2, T2 leads as coils 1-4. If you pair it with a different engine harness you may need the mating Deutsch connector. Confirm your coil type before you buy.
What It Is and Why It Works
Rywire's official page lists an HD Bussmann relay/fuse box, 100A relay protection, independent fused links, Tefzel wire, and Raychem heatshrink. It plugs directly into Rywire's Haltech harness for 13B rotary engines. Signal wires go to your computer or ignition driver through a mating 8-position Deutsch connector. Official wire colors: brown coil 1, red coil 2, blue coil 3, yellow coil 4, black ground, yellow/black ignition-switch power, stud to battery positive. Leading/trailing labels (L1, T1, L2, T2) can be used as 1-2-3-4 on a four-cylinder.

What to Know Before You Buy
This is a coil sub-harness only. It does not replace your engine harness. If you use it with a loom it was not designed for, Rywire says you may need the mating Deutsch connector. Rotary multi-spark needs the listed wire sizes and separate grounds. On a 4-cylinder, ground both ring terminals to the head. Confirm you have IGBT 5-wire coils, not a different COP plate or RSX/S2000 coil harness.
