RV6 Adjustable Rear Toe Arms - 2016+ Civic & Integra
Lowered your Civic or Integra and now the car feels nervous, the rear tires are wearing unevenly, or an alignment shop told you the rear toe is out of spec and can't be adjusted? That's the problem these solve. The factory rear toe is controlled by stamped-steel lower arms with rubber bushings and zero adjustment, so once you lower the car, you're stuck with whatever toe the new geometry gives you. These RV6 adjustable toe arms replace them with USA-made spherical rod ends, giving you full control to dial toe back to spec, or set it where you want it for track use.
The Problem: Lowering Throws Off Your Rear Toe
Worth understanding, because it's why this part exists and the issue most buyers are here to fix.
When you lower a Civic or Integra with springs or coilovers, the rear suspension geometry changes, and the rear toe shifts out of spec. The symptoms are specific and annoying: the car feels nervous or darty on the highway, handling is unpredictable, and you get excessive, uneven rear tire wear that eats expensive tires fast.
The frustrating part is that the factory arms have no adjustment at all. An alignment shop can't fix your rear toe with stock arms, there's nothing to adjust. So you're stuck with whatever toe angle the lowered suspension handed you, and the nervous handling and tire wear that come with it. Adjustable toe arms are the only way to bring rear toe back to spec on a lowered car, which is exactly what these do.
Set Toe Exactly Where You Want It
What the adjustment gets you.
These let you dial rear toe precisely, back to factory spec for a lowered street car that handles right and wears tires evenly, or to a more aggressive setting for track use where you want the rear to rotate or plant differently. You go from "stuck with whatever the car gives you" to setting the exact toe your setup needs. That's the difference between a lowered car that feels nervous and one that feels dialed.
Spherical Rod Ends, No Rubber Slop
The construction is a real upgrade over the stamped-steel factory arms.
These use USA-made spherical rod ends instead of rubber bushings. Rubber bushings deflect under load, which lets your rear geometry move around when you load the suspension mid-corner, that's the vague, slushy feeling of a rubber-bushed rear end. Spherical bearings don't deflect, so your geometry stays exactly where you set it, even under hard cornering load.
The result is more predictable handling and genuine feedback from the rear end, because the bushings aren't flexing and introducing slop. On a car you drive hard, that consistency is what you're after.
Developed For HPD Road Racing
These aren't an aftermarket part that trickled up to racing, they came from it.
RV6 originally developed these arms for HPD and Honda's road racing programs, and they're standard equipment on HPD's FK8 turn-key race car. They were proven in actual wheel-to-wheel competition before they reached the aftermarket, which is about as strong a credential as a suspension arm can have.
