Radium's S2000 fuel rails ship bare, with three 8AN ORB ports and no fittings, because half the people buying one are plumbing it their own way. The other half want it to bolt to the factory fuel line and work like stock, and that's what these plumbing kits are: the fittings, plugs, adapters, and hose to connect a Radium S2000 rail to the OEM feed line in one go. The rail itself is a separate part.

What It Is and Why It Works

The kit turns the rail into a plug-and-play install. For the 2000-2005 car, the 20-0091-PK includes a 6AN male fitting that secures directly to the factory inverted-flare feed line, an 8AN ORB to 6AN male adapter for the rail's feed port, 8AN ORB plugs for the ports you aren't using, and a 6AN PTFE hose to connect them, so the factory line meets the rail with no cutting and no reusing the OEM quick-connect. For the 2006-2009 returnless car, the 20-0391-PK covers the rail's three ports to replicate the factory layout: a port plug, an adapter to reuse the OEM fuel pulse damper, and the fittings to connect the factory feed line. Both kits leave the stock fuel system's function intact; you get the Radium rail's bore, ports, and AN-ready plumbing without changing how the car fuels.

Each kit is for the matching Radium rail and factory fuel system. If the car has an aftermarket regulator or AN feed line, you'll want individual ORB fittings instead of this kit.

What to Know Before You Buy

Buy the rail and the kit together, and match the years; the 00-05 and 06-09 rails and kits are not interchangeable because the fuel systems aren't. Oil every ORB O-ring before threading fittings into the rail, and don't use sealant on ORB. On the 00-05, the green 6AN fitting seals on the factory line's inverted flare with no tape or paste, just a proper torque. Plug the port you're not feeding from; an open 8AN ORB port is the leak you'll find on the first key-on. If the plan is a surge tank or a return-style AN system later, the rail's ORB ports mean this kit isn't wasted, but you'll swap the feed fitting for an AN hose end when the time comes.
