PRODUCT DETAILS

Radium Fuel Pump Hanger - 92-00 Civic / 94-01 Integra

You're upgrading to a high-flow fuel pump in your Civic or Integra and you need a hanger that actually works? The Radium fuel pump hanger replaces your stock fuel pump assembly and positions your upgraded pump in the factory collector bowl so you're not starving for fuel when the tank's low or you're pulling hard in corners. No cutting, no welding, no modifications to your fuel tank or sheet metal. You're swapping the stock hanger for the Radium hanger and bolting it in. It comes with all the fittings you need to hook up your OEM fuel lines or upgrade to aftermarket lines. This hanger's available in two versions depending on which fuel pump you're running - one for Walbro F90000267/274/285 pumps and one for Walbro GSS342 or AEM 50-1200 pumps.

Here's Why the Factory Hanger Doesn't Cut It

The stock fuel pump hanger sits the pump up high in the tank. When your fuel level gets low or you're cornering hard, the pump sucks air instead of fuel. You're leaning on the car in a corner and it stumbles or cuts out because the pump's not getting fuel. That's fuel starvation and it kills power right when you need it most. The Radium hanger fixes that by positioning your upgraded pump down in the factory collector bowl - that's the low spot in your tank where fuel collects. Even when you're running low on fuel or you're pulling lateral Gs, the pump's sitting in fuel instead of air. No more cutting out mid-corner or having to keep the tank over half full.

No Cutting or Welding Required

Some aftermarket fuel pump hangers require you to cut your tank, drill holes, or weld bungs. The Radium hanger doesn't. It's a direct replacement for your stock assembly. You drop the tank, unbolt the stock hanger, swap in the Radium hanger with your upgraded pump installed, and bolt it back in. The hanger uses the factory mounting points so you're not modifying anything. If you ever go back to stock or sell the car, you can pull the Radium hanger and reinstall the factory setup. Your tank's not permanently modified.

Works with OEM or Aftermarket Fuel Lines

The Radium hanger's got an 8AN ORB outlet for the feed line and a 4AN ORB for the return. It comes with adapter fittings so you can reuse your factory fuel lines if you want to keep it simple. If you're running aftermarket braided lines with AN fittings, the hanger's already set up for that. You're not hunting for adapters or custom fittings to make it work. Everything you need to connect your fuel lines is in the box. The 8AN ORB outlet handles the flow from high-capacity pumps without being a restriction.

Upgraded Electrical Connections

The Radium hanger uses custom stainless steel electrical studs instead of the cheap factory terminals. High-flow fuel pumps pull more current than stock pumps. The upgraded studs handle that current without overheating or corroding. The electrical components are sealed and non-conductive so you're not risking a short circuit in your fuel tank. If you're running a Walbro GSS342, you can use your stock wiring but Radium recommends upgrading your wiring for better performance and reliability. Higher-flow pumps like the F90000285 definitely need upgraded wiring to handle the current draw.

Two Versions for Different Pumps

Radium makes two versions of this hanger depending on which pump you're using. If you're running a Walbro F90000267, F90000274, or F90000285, you need the hanger designed for those pumps. If you're running a Walbro GSS342 or an AEM 50-1200 pump, you need the other version. The pump mounting and dimensions are slightly different so you have to order the right hanger for your pump. Don't try to force the wrong pump into the wrong hanger - it won't fit right and you'll have fuel delivery problems.

Choose Your Version

Version 1 - Walbro F90000267/274/285: For Walbro F90000267, F90000274, or F90000285 fuel pumps. These are higher-flow pumps typically used on turbocharged or high-horsepower builds.

Version 2 - Walbro GSS342 / AEM 50-1200: For Walbro GSS342 (255 LPH) or AEM 50-1200 fuel pumps. The GSS342's a common upgrade for naturally aspirated or mild turbo builds.

Fits Your Car

  • 1992-2000 Honda Civic
  • 1994-2001 Acura Integra

Note: Fuel pump is NOT included, order separately. Make sure you're ordering the correct hanger version for your fuel pump. The Walbro F90000267/274/285 pumps won't fit in the GSS342 hanger and vice versa. You'll need to drop your fuel tank to install this hanger. While you're in there, replace your fuel filter and inspect your fuel lines for cracks or damage. If you're running a high-flow pump like the F90000285, upgrade your fuel pump wiring. Stock wiring can handle a GSS342 but it's marginal - upgraded wiring's recommended for reliability. Test for fuel leaks at all the AN ORB connections before you reinstall the tank. Tighten the ORB fittings with a wrench, not just hand-tight, and make sure the O-rings are seated properly.
