Two 6AN lines into one 8AN, in a single machined piece. Radium's 14-0177 is the fitting for merging two pump outlets into one feed, splitting an 8AN feed into two 6AN rails, or taking a surge tank's two returns back to one line, and it does it without the tee, two reducers, and three potential leaks that usually live in that spot.

What It Is and Why It Works

The Y is CNC machined from one piece of 6061 aluminum with two 6AN male flares on the split side and one 8AN male flare on the single side. Hose ends thread straight onto all three legs with no adapters, and the internal split is a smooth merge rather than the sharp corner of a tee, so there's no restriction and nothing inside to leak. The step from two 6AN to one 8AN is the right sizing: two 6AN lines have roughly the flow area of one 8AN, so the merged line doesn't become the bottleneck. It's bright-dipped green to match Radium's fuel hardware and anodized for ethanol, methanol, gasoline, coolant, water, oil, and air.

What to Know Before You Buy

Merging two pumps through a Y works, but a Y has no check valves; if the pumps will be staged, each one needs its own check valve upstream or the running pump backfeeds the idle one. Splitting one feed into two rails works because the rails equalize; splitting into two separate consumers needs matched line lengths or one side runs lean. Torque hose ends to the flare and stop; aluminum male flares deform under a steel hose end that's been cranked. Give it a place to sit; a Y with three hoses pulling on it in a moving engine bay will work a hose end loose if it's hanging in space.
