A B-series rail that keeps the factory regulator, takes factory injectors, and gives you an 8AN ORB port on each end plus a 1/8 NPT for a gauge. Radium's 20-0370-02 is the rail for a B16, B18C, or LS/VTEC that's moving to AN lines, bigger injectors, or E85 without giving up the OEM pressure regulator, and it bolts to the factory studs with the factory spacers.

What It Is and Why It Works

The rail is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized, and laser etched, with a large internal bore that keeps fuel pressure flat across four injectors at any power a B-series makes. Injector bores are 11mm, the OEM inside diameter, so factory injectors and any OEM-equivalent aftermarket injector seat correctly. The ports are tapped 8AN ORB at the ends and 1/8 NPT in the body; the NPT port can take a gauge, a pressure sensor, or a plug. The rail is machined to reuse the factory fuel pressure regulator, which is the smart move on a street car, and there's room around the ports for an aftermarket regulator, a pulse damper, or a gauge if you go that way. It mounts on the OEM studs and nuts with the OEM insulating spacers, so there's nothing to fabricate. Anodized for E85, methanol, and gasoline. Fittings and hose are not included; the 20-0370-PK plumbing kit connects it to the factory feed line and regulator.

Fits any B-series running a factory-pattern intake manifold, in the original car or swapped. Confirm the injector O-ring and body length with your injector supplier; Radium specs OEM-equivalent only.

What to Know Before You Buy

If you're keeping the stock regulator and feed line, order the 20-0370-PK plumbing kit with the rail; it has the fittings to hook the factory line to the ORB port and the OEM FPR to the other end. If you're going full AN, you need two 8AN ORB adapters and something in the 1/8 NPT port, plug or gauge. Oil the ORB O-rings and torque the rail nuts evenly onto the OEM spacers. Check injector O-rings on the way in and lube them; an 11mm bore with a dry O-ring is how you tear one. On E85 with big injectors this rail's volume is one of the reasons the pressure trace stays flat at redline, but it doesn't fix a pump that's out of headroom.
