Every Radium fuel rail, surge tank, and regulator has an 8AN ORB port somewhere that you want to put a gauge or a pressure sensor in, and every gauge and sensor is 1/8 NPT. Radium's 14-0119 is the adapter that closes that gap: 8AN ORB male on one end, 1/8 NPT female on the other, so a fuel pressure sender or a mechanical gauge threads into an O-ring port without a second adapter.

What It Is and Why It Works

The ORB end threads into any 8AN ORB (3/4-16) port and seals on its O-ring against the port's chamfer, so no sealant goes on that side and it can be removed and reinstalled without wear. The 1/8 NPT female end takes the tapered thread of a gauge or sensor, and that side gets PTFE tape or paste like any NPT joint. On a K-series with a Radium rail, this is how the fuel pressure sensor for the ECU goes in the rail's spare port instead of tee'd into a line, which gives you a real rail-pressure reading and one fewer hose joint. It also works on any other brand's 8AN ORB port; the thread is standard.

What to Know Before You Buy

Tape or paste on the NPT side only. Sealant on the ORB side does nothing and can foul the O-ring. Don't over-torque a brass or aluminum sensor into an aluminum NPT port; NPT threads wedge, and a couple of turns past hand tight is plenty. If you're mounting a heavy mechanical gauge, support it; the 1/8 NPT thread is not a bracket. Radium lists this fitting in black, and some dealers show green; the thread and function are the same.
