Radium Engineering 10AN Press-In Valve Cover Fitting for K-Series - Part #20-0909
The breather port on a K-series valve cover is a plastic barb pressed into the cover, and it's fine until you're running a catch can with AN lines and want the valve cover end to match. Radium's 20-0909 presses into that same hole and gives you a 10AN male swivel, no drilling, no welding, on the K20Z3 and K24 covers it was made for.
What It Is and Why It Works
The fitting is a stainless and aluminum assembly with a press-fit shank sized to the factory breather port and FKM (Viton) O-rings that seal against oil, heat, and blow-by. The top is a low-profile 10AN male that swivels, so you can clock the hose end toward the catch can without fighting the fitting, and it's anodized and laser engraved to match the rest of Radium's catch can hardware. Because it's a press fit, it goes in the way the factory barb came out and comes back out the same way if you ever return the cover to stock. It fits the valve covers with the larger press-in breather port: the K20Z3 in the 06-11 Civic Si, the K20A6 and A7, and the K24A and K24Z family through the 9th gen Si. The early K20A2 and K20A3 covers in the RSX and EP3 and the K24A1 and 04-05 K24A2 covers use a different port and do not take this fitting.

Fitment is by valve cover, not by car; a K24 cover on a K20 block takes the fitting if the cover is on the list.
What to Know Before You Buy
Pull the factory barb straight out with a twist; don't pry against the cover. Clean the bore, lube the O-rings with a little engine oil, and press the fitting in square by hand until it seats; if it needs a hammer, something's wrong. It's a breather fitting, so it goes in the crankcase vent side of a catch can setup, not the PCV side, and it does nothing on its own; pair it with a 10AN hose to a catch can with a 10AN ORB inlet. If your cover isn't on the list, the K20A2 and A3 covers use a smaller barb, and Radium doesn't make a press-in for them; those covers get a welded or tapped bung.
