Innovative Mounts J-Series Front Mount for TL, CL, MDX - 10340
This is the front engine mount for six different Honda and Acura models built on J-series V6 platforms. It is the widest model spread of any part in this catalog, covering these chassis as such; 99-04 Odyssey, 00-03 TL, 01-03 CL, 01-06 MDX, 03-08 Pilot, 06-09 Ridgeline.
What It Is and Why It Works
No-tear vibration minimizing bushings, and it fits automatic or manual transmissions alike. The front position controls how far the engine tips forward off throttle. On a heavy vehicle with a V6 that movement is substantial once the factory fluid filled mount has collapsed.
75A is the durometer for any of these vehicles, all of which are family cars, trucks and vans. 85A and 95A are track and race options that make little sense on an Odyssey or a Pilot.
