Innovative Mounts K-Series Swap Motor Mounts 00-09 S2000
K-swapping an AP1 or AP2 means dropping a transverse K20 or K24 into a chassis Honda built around a longitudinal F-series, and the mounts are the part that makes that geometry work. The Innovative Mounts K-series swap motor mounts for the 00-09 S2000 come in two different mounting configurations, and picking the wrong one is the most common ordering mistake on this swap.
What It Is and Why It Works
Two part numbers live on this page. The 90758 kit is Innovative's adapter conversion kit that uses the OEM S2000 mounting positions, so the chassis side of the install stays factory. The 90757 kit is the K24 version and uses a front and passenger side adapter plate instead of the stock locations. If your K24 build is set up for the adapter plate layout, order 90757. If you are keeping the OEM mount positions, order 90758. Both are for manual transmission K-series swaps in the AP chassis, and both ship with hardware.
Here is what they actually do for the car. Your factory S2000 mounts carry fluid-filled damping chambers. Those chambers soak up vibration on purpose, and under load they also let the drivetrain move. Innovative deletes the fluid and runs polyurethane inserts. The engine stops rocking on corner exit, wheel hop settles down, and throttle response sharpens because the mounts are no longer absorbing part of the input before it reaches the tires.
Be honest with yourself about the noise, because Innovative is. Their own product notes say you will still feel vibration depending on engine series and power level, and that lines up with what K-swap owners report. Stiffer mounts do not make a car smoother. They make it more direct and louder. On a K-swapped S2000 that is usually the whole point, but if this car sees a real commute, start at 75A and do not talk yourself into 95A.

Fitment
| Year | Make | Model | Trim | Engine |
| 2000-2009 | Honda | S2000 | Base | K20 or K24 swap, manual |
| 2008-2009 | Honda | S2000 | CR | K20 or K24 swap, manual |
That covers the full AP1 and AP2 run including the 08-09 CR. This is a swap part and nothing else. If your S2000 still runs its original F20C or F22C1, these will not help you and you want replacement mounts instead. Innovative also builds a dedicated K20 kit under a separate part number, so if your build is specifically spec'd around that kit, check the part number before you order.
What to Know Before You Buy
Confirm your mounting configuration before anything else. The K24 adapter plate kit and the OEM position kit are not interchangeable, and Innovative does not accept returns once mounts have been bolted down and show bolt impressions. Dry-fit, confirm, then torque. That single rule causes more headaches on this swap than the install itself.
Header clearance is the other thing worth thinking through on an AP chassis K swap. Engine placement decides whether your header and downpipe route cleanly, and a K24 sits taller than a K20. If your exhaust is already built or already purchased, sort out the mount configuration and the header as one decision instead of two.
Durometer is where people overspend on discomfort. 75A is the honest daily choice for a street-driven K-swapped S2000. 85A belongs on a car that sees real track time or is making serious power. 95A is a race part, and owners who put it in a street car consistently regret the idle. If it were our car and it still had a license plate, we would run 75A and never think about it again.
While the drivetrain is apart, do the rest of it in the same session. Innovative's S2000 differential mount kit and the rear motor and transmission mount are the two parts people order three weeks later once the engine mounts have shown them how much everything else was moving. Doing all of it at once saves you pulling the same fasteners twice.
