PRODUCT DETAILS
Innovative Mounts Cable to Hydro Actuator D-Series - Part #41002
This is the clutch actuator for converting a cable type ED, EE or EF chassis with a D-series engine over to a hydraulic transmission. It is the D-series member of Innovative's four part actuator family.
What It Is and Why It Works
The actuator pivots on spherical bearings and mounts the same way the factory unit does, working in the same plane as the clutch release fork. That geometry is the whole point: a poorly angled actuator binds the fork and causes premature clutch wear on a clutch that is otherwise fine.
100 percent bolt in with no modifications required, CAD designed and stress analyzed. One part, no options.

Engine family decides which actuator you need. This is the D-series version. Innovative builds an H-series actuator as part 41003, and B-series actuators as 41000 and 41001.
What to Know Before You Buy
Match the actuator to the engine, not the car. Four part numbers run consecutively across three engine families and the photos look nearly identical, which is how the wrong one ends up in a box.
Check whether your mount kit already includes one. The 49151 cable to hydraulic conversion kit for the same chassis comes with an actuator, so buying both means paying twice for the same part.
Do not reuse a worn actuator on a conversion. This is the piece that decides whether the clutch releases cleanly. Parts cannot be returned once they have been installed.
