This is the driver side transmission bracket for a K-series swap into a 96-00 Civic running the stock subframe. It pairs with the transmission mount and is one of the small parts that decides whether the gearbox sits where the rest of the swap expects.

What It Is and Why It Works

Bracket with hardware included and the same no-tear bushings used across the Innovative line. It fits a stock manual or automatic EK or EJ shell being converted to a K-series with a manual transmission, and it works with all K-series engines.

One important limit: this bracket will not work with the stock TSX transmission. That is the same restriction that applies to the B90010 transmission mount, and it catches people who bought a K24 long block with whatever gearbox came bolted to it.

This bracket will not work with the stock TSX transmission. It is for stock subframe swaps; cars on an EG subframe use the 90011-SB bracket instead. The complete kits are 90050 and B90050.

What to Know Before You Buy

Settle the transmission question first. The TSX six speed needs a different arrangement, and this bracket is not part of it. If you are running a K20 box or a converted RSX transmission, this is the right part.

Check your subframe. Stock subframe swaps use this bracket, EG subframe swaps use 90011-SB, and the two are not interchangeable even though they do the same job.

Buy the kit if you are starting a swap. This page exists for replacing a bracket or filling a gap in a used swap, and at this price it is not worth guessing on. Parts cannot be returned once they have been bolted in.
