Innovative Mounts B/D-Series Auto Engine Mount Kit for 92-95 Civic - 19552
Automatic EG Civics get ignored by the mount market, so when the factory mounts on your 92-95 auto let go you end up staring at kits that only fit a manual car. This is the four mount kit built for the automatic hydraulic transmission EG, EH and EJ chassis with the stock B or D-series still in it. If your auto Civic clunks into gear and shudders on part throttle, tired mounts are usually the reason.
What It Is and Why It Works
Stock Honda mounts are fluid filled. The rubber cracks, the fluid leaves, and what is left is a soft mount with nothing damping it, which is why an old EG feels sloppy under load and why the axles bind when the engine rocks. Innovative replaces the fluid pocket with a tapered polyurethane bushing in a formed steel housing and locates the engine where the factory put it, so the axle angles stay correct and you do not pick up vibration from a driveline that sits crooked.
Bushing choice is the real decision. 60A is close to stock feel and the right pick for a daily driven D16 auto. 75A is for a stock or mildly built B-series that still sees street miles. 85A and 95A belong in track and drag cars and will buzz in a street car.

This is the automatic hydraulic transmission kit. If your car is a manual, you want the 19550 or 40152 kits instead. To run the engine side mount from this kit you need the B-series timing belt side post bracket from a 97-01 CR-V or 99-00 Civic Si, sold as B50050.
What to Know Before You Buy
Do not overlook your durometer choice. An auto EG is a street car in almost every case, and 60A or 75A is the right answer. We see people order 95A because it sounds tougher, then complain about drone at 70 mph. The bushings are not returnable once the mounts have been bolted down, so pick honestly the first time.
While you are in there, check the axle boots and the shift linkage bushings, because both fail on the same timeline and both get blamed on mounts. If the car is going manual later, buy the conversion kit instead of this one and save yourself doing the job twice.
