These are the replacement radius rods for the Innovative Prelude competition traction bar. If yours are bent from a hard season, seized at the heim, or you bought a used bar that came up short, this is the pair you need without replacing the whole setup.

What It Is and Why It Works

The radius rods are what actually connect the traction bar to the front lower control arms, so they take the load every time the drivetrain tries to rotate under power. They are the wear part of that assembly and the piece most likely to be damaged on a car that gets launched. They use the same no-tear bushings as the rest of the Innovative line.

This part exists only for the Innovative traction bar. It is not a suspension upgrade for a stock Prelude and it will not bolt to anything else.

This part was made specifically for the Innovative Mounts 50110 Prelude traction bar kit. It will not work with any other traction bar, and it is not a standalone suspension part.

What to Know Before You Buy

Only buy this if you already run the Innovative 50110 traction bar. On its own it does nothing, and it is the kind of part that gets ordered by someone hoping to add a traction bar piecemeal. The complete kit is 50110 and the bar by itself is 50110-BAR.

Check the heims at the same time. If a radius rod got bent, the heim joints at each end usually took a hit too, and those are sold separately as 50110-HW. Replacing one and reusing damaged hardware puts you right back where you started.

Look at the front lower control arm bushings while you have it apart. On a 25 year old Prelude those are usually tired, and a traction bar bolted to worn control arms cannot do its job. Parts cannot be returned once they have been bolted in.
