Innovative Mounts H-Series Front Torque Mount for 88-91 Prelude - 29142
This is the front torque mount for an 88-91 Prelude BA with an H-series engine. It bolts to Innovative's 59113 competition traction bar and only works with that bar.
What It Is and Why It Works
No-tear vibration minimizing bushings, CAD designed and stress analyzed. A front torque mount works with the traction bar rather than the chassis, tying engine movement into the stiffened front end. On an H-swapped BA the engine makes more torque than the car was designed around, and this is what stops it moving against the bar.
75A is the durometer for a street driven BA. 85A for track or boost, 95A for race. No 60A option.

This mount is made specifically to fit the 88-91 Prelude competition traction bar 59113. Without that bar it has nothing to bolt to.
What to Know Before You Buy
You need the 59113 traction bar first. This mount attaches to the bar, not the chassis, so it is useless on its own. The bar is $378 and this mount is $189, so the full front end setup is a real investment.
H-series only. A BA Prelude still running its factory B20A needs something else.
75A on a street car. Mounts cannot be returned once they have been bolted down.
