This is the weld-in passenger side transmission bracket for a K-series swap into an 88-91 Civic or CRX.
What It Is and Why It Works
It's a self locating weld-in bracket, CAD designed and stress analyzed. It gives the k-swap passenger transmission mount 99120, a proper mounting location on the EF chassis . Self locating means it positions itself flush against the chassis, so the welding process is simplified.

This bracket is included with the 99150 K-series conversion kit. The mounts from that kit are 99110 driver, 99120 passenger and 99130 rear.
