Innovative Mounts 88-91 Civic/CRX Cable to Hydro Conversion Kit - Part #49151
Putting a hydraulic transmission behind a D-series in an 88-91 Civic or CRX is a common move once you find a better gearbox, and the mounts are what make the swap sit right. This is the conversion kit for a cable ED, EE or EF chassis going to a manual hydraulic box, and it includes the clutch actuator.
What It Is and Why It Works
Four mount positions with tapered polyurethane bushings, using factory hardware, plus the actuator that handles clutch release for the hydraulic conversion. The actuator runs on spherical bearings and mounts the same way the factory unit does, working in the same plane as the clutch release fork. That matters more than it sounds: a poorly angled actuator binds the fork and eats clutches early.
The mounts position the engine with no axle bind, so the car drives like it came that way rather than like something that was adapted. 60A or 75A for street use, 85A and 95A for track and drag cars.

What to Know Before You Buy
Confirm the transmission you are installing is hydraulic. This kit exists to convert a cable car, so if your car already has a hydraulic box, you want a replacement kit rather than a conversion kit.
Do not reuse a worn actuator to save money. Clutch release geometry is where cable to hydraulic conversions go wrong, and a binding fork chews through a clutch that has nothing wrong with it. The actuator in this kit is the reason to buy the kit version.
60A or 75A for anything with plates. An EF is small, light and loud, and the stiffer bushings are for cars that never see a highway. Mounts cannot be returned once they have been bolted down, so confirm your transmission and engine type for proper fitment and function.
