Innovative Mounts B-Swap Front Mount for 88-91 Civic/CRX - 19140
This is the front engine mount for a B-series swap into an 88-91 Civic or CRX with a cable transmission. It is the B-series counterpart to the 19141 D-series front mount, and like that part it carries a transmission restriction worth reading before you order.
What It Is and Why It Works
Bolt-on front mount, CAD designed and stress analyzed, with a no-tear polyurethane bushing. The front position controls how far the engine tips forward off throttle. With a B18 or B20 in a shell this light, that movement is significant, and an unworn front mount is what keeps the shifter feeling connected when you lift.
60A is close to stock for a street EF. 75A on a built B18. 85A and 95A are track and drag.

Cable transmission only. The D-series front mount for the same chassis is 19141, which additionally requires a single cam engine. The other B-swap positions are 19110 driver, 19120 passenger and 19130 rear.
What to Know Before You Buy
Cable only on this position. If your B-swap uses a hydraulic transmission, this front mount is not the right part and you should check with us rather than assuming it carries over.
The front position is easy to overlook when buying mounts one at a time. If you have done driver, passenger and rear and the car still moves when you lift off the throttle, this is the one left.
60A or 75A on a street car. Mounts cannot be returned once they have been bolted down.
