PRODUCT DETAILS
Innovative Mounts 88-91 Civic/CRX B-Series Hydro Trans Mount - Part #49120
This is the steel passenger side transmission mount for a B-series in an 88-91 Civic or CRX with a hydraulic transmission. It is the hydraulic counterpart to 19120, and like several parts in this range it works as both a replacement and a conversion mount.
What It Is and Why It Works
No-tear polyurethane bushing, CAD designed and stress analyzed, about 3 lbs. The passenger position holds the transmission, which is the highest leverage mount on the car. When it sags the gearbox settles and the shifter picks up play no linkage adjustment will remove.
60A is close to stock feel for a street EF. 75A is a bit more rigid for higher performance B-series builds. 85A and 95A are track and drag durometers.

What to Know Before You Buy
While factory 4th gen chassis came with cable-actuated transmission, this mount, 49120 is made for those that have done a hydraulic transmission swap. If you still have a cable-actuated setup, 19120, is the right mount SKU to go for. Do the right research beforehand, to determine which mount is best for your setup.
The 49120 is steel, while B49120 counterpart is billet. Both perform to the same degree, but the billet counterpart provides a bit more aesthetic to those looking for both performance and appearance at a bit higher price point.
60A or 75A recommended on street car setups. Higher durometers transmit more noise and drivetrain harshness to the driver and cabin. Mounts cannot be returned once they have been bolted down.
