Innovative Mounts 41001 Cable to Hydro Clutch Actuator
You pulled a K24 and its transmission out of a donor car, and now it's going into an EG or an EK that left the factory with a clutch cable. The engine bolts in. The clutch doesn't. Every K-series transmission uses a slave cylinder, your chassis uses a cable, and the two do not talk to each other. The Innovative Mounts 41001 cable to hydro clutch actuator is the piece that makes them talk, and it's why this part number gets added to the cart at the tail end of a huge share of B, D, H and K swaps going into cable-clutch Hondas.
What It Is and Why It Works
Start with what it is not, because the old title on this page was misleading. Part 41001 is not a transmission, not a transmission kit, and not a set of motor mounts. It is one actuator assembly with its mounting brackets, and it weighs about three pounds. That's the whole product.
It bolts to the lower front radiator support, ahead of the radiator, and it carries a 5/8 inch OEM spec master cylinder. Your factory clutch cable runs from the pedal to the actuator instead of to the transmission. When you push the pedal, the cable pulls the actuator arm, the actuator pressurizes the clutch line, and the line feeds the slave cylinder that already lives on your swapped-in transmission. You keep the cable pedal box you already have, and the transmission keeps the release geometry Honda designed for it.
That last part is the whole argument for this design. Innovative also sells fork-mounted lever adapters (41000 for B-series, 41002 for D-series, 41003 for H-series) that let a cable pull directly on a hydraulic transmission's release fork. Those work, but they change the angle the fork sweeps through. The 41001 goes the other direction and drives the factory slave cylinder, so the fork sees the arc it was built for. In practice that means you're not chewing through a throwout bearing every season on a B18C or an H22A that gets driven hard, and the pedal doesn't develop that vague, dead spot feel partway through the stroke.
The plumbing side is straightforward: a 3/8 inch 24 outlet and a two bolt mounting flange on 2-1/4 inch centers. Standard sizes, so a braided line is easy to source or have made.

Innovative Mounts sells 41001 as a chassis-agnostic part rather than a year-specific one, so the list above is the real-world application range rather than a published fitment table. The two things that actually decide fit are simple: your car has to use a clutch cable at the pedal, and the transmission going in has to use a slave cylinder. If both are true, this works whether the engine is a B16A, a B18C, an H22A, a K20 or a K24. Measure your available room at the lower radiator support before you order if you're running a large front-mount intercooler or a relocated radiator.
What to Know Before You Buy
Budget for the rest of the system. This is the actuator only. You still need a clutch line to get from the actuator to the slave cylinder, and you need the slave cylinder itself off the donor transmission. Neither is in the box. Get a braided line rather than a rubber one, because the run from the radiator support back to the transmission is long and a soft line on a long run is exactly how you end up with a spongy pedal that never quite feels right no matter how many times you bleed it.
Make sure you're buying the right actuator. The single most common mistake here is ordering a cable to hydro part when you actually have the opposite problem. If your swapped transmission is a cable unit and your chassis is hydraulic, you need a hydro to cable conversion mount instead, and this part will do nothing for you. Read your transmission, not your engine: a 94-01 Integra B18C transmission is hydraulic, a 92-95 Civic B-series transmission is typically cable, and every K-series transmission is hydraulic.
Plan on bleeding it properly. A front-mounted master cylinder with a long line traps air, and a gravity bleed followed by a pressure or vacuum bleed will save you an afternoon of chasing a pedal that grabs at the floor. Route the line away from the header and secure it, because it lives in the front of the bay where road debris finds it.
One honest caution on returns: Innovative does not accept mounts or actuators back once they've been bolted down and show bolt impressions. Test fit and confirm your clearance before you torque anything.
