This is the passenger side engine mount for an 08-12 Accord or 09-14 Acura TSX with a J-series V6 and a manual transmission. These are the rarest manual V6 Hondas of their era.
What It Is and Why It Works
No-tear vibration minimizing bushings. The passenger position carries significant load on a transverse V6, and on a car approaching twenty years old the factory fluid filled mount has usually failed. On a manual car that shows up as drivetrain movement between shifts.
75A is the durometer for a street driven Accord or TSX. 85A and 95A are track and race options.

What to Know Before You Buy
Manual only. A V6 Accord or TSX with an automatic is a different setup, and the manual V6 cars are uncommon enough that confirming the gearbox matters.
The K24 post mount bracket 103750 explicitly does not fit the Accord or TSX, so these cars have their own parts throughout.
