Innovative Mounts 02-06 CR-V 03-11 Element Rear Mount K-Series - Part #90631
This is the rear engine mount for an automatic CR-V or Element with a K-series. It is the first page in our Innovative range for either chassis, and both are cars people keep running well past 200,000 miles.
What It Is and Why It Works
No-tear polyurethane bushings replacing the factory fluid filled mount, re-using the stock OEM hardware. On a high mileage RD or YH the rear mount is what lets the drivetrain rock on throttle transitions, which shows up as a clunk pulling away and a thump on the shift. No notching or trimming of the hood is required.
75A is the durometer for a street driven CR-V or Element, which is all of them. 85A and 95A are listed but they are track and race options and have no place in a family car.

What to Know Before You Buy
Automatic only, per Innovative's fitment. If your CR-V or Element is a manual, check with us before ordering rather than assuming it carries over.
These are the donor cars for a lot of K24 swaps, so plenty of them are on the road with high miles and original mounts. A clunk on takeoff is worth ruling out here before anything expensive.
75A on a street car. A CR-V or Element is a quiet family vehicle and a race durometer undoes the thing that makes it pleasant to drive. Mounts cannot be returned once they have been bolted down.
