Innovative Mounts 00-06 Insight K24 Swap Kit Auto to Manual - Part #90754
This is the conversion mount kit for putting a K24 into a 2000-2006 Honda Insight ZE1 that left the factory as an automatic. It carries a transmission restriction that decides whether the kit works at all.
What It Is and Why It Works
Full conversion kit with no-tear vibration minimizing bushings, CAD designed and stress analyzed, reusing factory OEM hardware. The first gen Insight is a tiny aluminum chassis built around a 1.0 litre three cylinder hybrid, so a K24 is an enormous change and the mounts are what make the rest of it possible.
75A is the durometer for a street driven K-swapped Insight. 85A and 95A are track and race, all three at the same price.

The Transmission Requirement
You must use a K20 manual transmission with the K24 engine for this kit to fit correctly. Innovative is explicit about this, and it is the single most important thing on this page. The kit will not work with a K20 engine conversion, and it will not work when converting a factory manual car to a K24.
What to Know Before You Buy
Three conditions have to hold. The car must have left the factory as an automatic, the engine must be a K24, and the transmission must be a K20 manual. Miss any one and this is the wrong kit.
A K20 swap into an Insight would require a different mount kit, which is worth confirming before buying an engine.
