Innovative K Swap Driver Sub Bracket EG Civic DC2 Integra
Dropping a K series into an EG Civic or a DC2 Integra means the transmission side of the engine needs somewhere to live, and the factory B-series bracket is not it. The Innovative Mounts B90110-SB is the billet aluminum driver side sub bracket for that swap, covering the 1992-1995 Civic (EJ/EH), the 1993-1997 del Sol and the 1994-2001 Integra (DB/DC), Type R included. It is the left hand piece only. If you were shopping for the passenger side or the rear, those are different part numbers.
What It Is and Why It Works
A K swap in these chassis rides on three brackets: driver side at the transmission, passenger side at the block, and a rear bracket behind the motor. This is the driver side, and it is the one Innovative machines from billet aluminum rather than folding from steel. The "B" prefix on B90110-SB is the tell. The passenger side (90120-SB) and the rear (90130-SB) in the same family are steel.
It carries the K series in an EG or DC2 with the geometry Innovative uses across the B90150 billet conversion kit, so if you already own that kit this is the same bracket in it. It also handles automatic to manual conversions, which matters because a huge share of clean EG shells and DB Integras still on the road left the factory with a slushbox. You do not need a donor manual chassis to use this bracket, just the manual K series drivetrain.
What is worth being blunt about: a sub bracket is not a mount. The polyurethane conversion mount that bolts into this bracket is part 90110 in 75A, 85A or 95A durometer and is sold separately. Buying B90110-SB on its own gets you the aluminum structure and nothing that absorbs vibration. That is exactly right if you are replacing a damaged bracket or upgrading a steel setup to billet, and exactly wrong if you thought you were buying a mount.

Fitment
| Year | Make | Model | Trim | Engine |
| 1992-1995 | Honda | Civic | CX, DX, EX, LX, Si, VX | K20 or K24 swap |
| 1993-1997 | Honda | Civic del Sol | S, Si, VTEC | K20 or K24 swap |
| 1994-2001 | Acura | Integra | LS, GS-R | K20 or K24 swap |
| 1997-2001 | Acura | Integra | GS | K20 or K24 swap |
| 1994-1998 | Acura | Integra | RS | K20 or K24 swap |

| 1997-1998, 2000-2001 | Acura | Integra | Type R | K20 or K24 swap |
The Integra Type R is included here, unlike a lot of parts in this catalog. Innovative lists the DC2 Type R for both the 1997-1998 and 2000-2001 runs. Note that no Type R was sold in North America for 1999, so if you see a 1999 Type R fitment anywhere, it is a data error.
What to Know Before You Buy
Order the side you actually need. This family of parts is the single most miscarted group in the K swap world, because five near-identical brackets share one product photo across most retailers. B90110-SB is the driver side. 90120-SB is the passenger side. 90130-SB is the rear. If you are starting from a bare shell, the B90150 billet conversion kit gets you all three plus the mounts in one box, and that is what we would put in the cart.
Hardware is the gap. Innovative does not list hardware as included with B90110-SB the way it does on the 96-00 Civic brackets, and it sells a dedicated hardware pack (B90150-HW) for this conversion. Builders regularly find the factory bolts too short once the brackets are in place. Sort the fastener situation before the engine goes on the hoist, not after.
If the swap is a K24 rather than a K20, budget for the CR-V passenger side post mount bracket as well. A K24 block will not take the K20 passenger mount directly, and that is the part that stalls the most builds at the eleventh hour.
Two more things. Innovative offers this bracket in polished and black anodized finishes as well as standard, so if the bay is going to be a show piece, ask before you settle for the raw one. And know what polyurethane conversion mounts do to a street car: Innovative deletes the fluid damping Honda used, which is why wheel hop goes away and why the car buzzes at idle in a way a stock DC2 never did. Once a bracket or mount is torqued down it carries bolt impressions and cannot be returned, so confirm the side, the chassis and the durometer before anything gets bolted in.
