Honda OEM Bearing/Seal Press Tool - 07746-0030100
Pressing bearings or seals into your Honda or Acura engine or transmission? This is the genuine Honda bearing and seal press tool that makes the job way easier. It's a driver handle with interchangeable attachments in different sizes. The handle has a built-in o-ring that holds the attachment in place while you're pressing, and you can either tap it with a hammer or use a press to drive bearings and seals in straight without damaging them. The attachments are sold separately so you only buy the sizes you need.
Driver Handle with O-Ring
The driver handle (part number 07746-0030100) has a built-in o-ring that grips the attachment and keeps it from falling out while you're working. You can tap the back of the handle with a hammer or use a hydraulic press to drive the bearing or seal in. The handle's designed to take the impact without bending or mushrooming the way cheap drivers do.
Interchangeable Attachments
The attachments are sold separately and they're made from heavy-duty steel. Each attachment has a specific inner diameter (ID) that fits over common Honda bearing and seal sizes. You select the attachment based on the bearing or seal outer diameter so the attachment presses on the outer race of the bearing instead of the inner race or the seal lip. Pressing on the wrong part of a bearing damages it.
