Honda OEM Valve Cover Gasket - L15A/LEA1 Series
Leaking oil from your valve cover? This is the genuine Honda valve cover gasket for L15A and LEA1 engines. It seals the mating surface between your valve cover and cylinder head so you're not dripping oil down the side of your engine. Why You Can't Reuse the Old Gasket
Valve cover gaskets compress when they're torqued down, which is how they seal. Once you unbolt the valve cover, the gasket won't seal properly if you try to reuse it. You'll end up with oil leaks that make a mess and drop your oil level over time. Valve cover leaks are especially annoying because the oil drips down onto your exhaust manifold and burns, making that classic burning oil smell.
