Genuine Honda Flywheel Bolt (90011-PM0-000) - D-Series & Fit (L15)

These are the genuine Honda bolts that secure the flywheel to the crankshaft on the D-series engines and the L15 in the Fit. They're torque-to-yield fasteners under serious load, so they aren't something you reuse, any time the flywheel comes off, you replace them with fresh bolts. If you're doing a clutch or flywheel on your Civic, CRX, Del Sol, or Fit, this is the bolt to order. Sold individually, and you need 6 for a complete flywheel.

Replace Them With Your Flywheel

This is the rule with flywheel bolts, and it's not optional.

The flywheel bolts clamp the flywheel to the crankshaft and hold it against everything the engine produces. They're torqued to yield, meaning they're tightened to a precise spec that stretches them slightly to reach the correct clamping force. Once stretched, they won't clamp properly a second time, so reusing them risks the flywheel coming loose, which is catastrophic.

That's why you fit fresh bolts any time the flywheel is off, a clutch job, a flywheel replacement, a rear main seal, or any work that has the flywheel unbolted. The flywheel's already off and the bolts are cheap; reusing stretched ones to save a couple dollars isn't worth the risk on a fastener this critical. If you're in there, replace them.

The D-series and L15 flywheel uses 6 bolts, and these are sold individually, so order 6 for a complete flywheel. It's an easy quantity to under-order, so count before checkout, you don't want to be a bolt short with the transmission out.
