Hasport Stock Replacement Engine Mounts - 1996-2000 Honda Civic (B/D Series)
Torn engine mounts on your EK Civic? Hasport makes stock replacement engine mount kits for 96-00 Civics with B series or D series engines. The mounts are CNC machined from billet aluminum with urethane bushings, and they're available in four different stiffness levels depending on how you're using your car. If you're daily driving, get the 62A mounts. If you're tracking the car occasionally, get the 70A mounts. If you're building a dedicated track car, get the 88A or 94A mounts. The stiffer you go, the more vibration and noise you're getting in the cabin, so don't just buy the stiffest mounts because you think they're better. Start with 62A if you're daily driving.
Two Different Left Hand Mount Options
Hasport makes two versions of this mount kit depending on which engine you've got. The EKSTK2 kit uses a 2-bolt left hand mount for OBD1 and OBD2 B16, B20B, and B20Z engines. The EKSTK3 kit uses a 3-bolt left hand mount for B18B and B18C engines. Make sure you order the right kit for your engine. If you've got a B16 or B20, you need EKSTK2. If you've got a B18, you need EKSTK3.
Pick Your Stiffness Level
Hasport offers these mounts in four different urethane hardness options, and which one you pick depends on how you're using your car. 62A (Street) is the softest and it's closest to factory feel. You'll reduce engine movement without turning your Civic into a vibrating mess. 70A (Street/Track) is stiffer and it's good if you're driving hard or hitting the track occasionally. 88A (Track) is stiff and you'll feel more vibration in the cabin, but your engine's locked down solid for hard use. 94A (Extreme Track) is the stiffest option and honestly it's only for dedicated track or race cars where you don't care about comfort. The stiffer you go, the more vibration and noise you're getting in the cabin.
Billet Aluminum with Urethane Bushings
Hasport machines these mounts from billet aluminum with urethane bushings. Aluminum's lighter than the factory steel brackets, and urethane doesn't tear or sag over time like rubber does. Urethane also handles oil and heat better, so even if you're leaking oil or running your engine hot, the mounts aren't going to degrade. The mounts are designed using CAD/CAM software for proper fitment and engine placement, so your axles are aligned correctly and your engine sits where it's supposed to.
Lifetime Warranty
Hasport backs these mounts with a lifetime warranty against defects. If the mounts fail from a manufacturing defect, Hasport replaces them. That doesn't cover abuse or crash damage, but it covers normal use.

Stiffness Options

Note: Start with 62A if you're daily driving your Civic. The stiffer you go, the more vibration and noise you're getting. 88A and 94A are honestly too stiff for street use unless you're okay with your car feeling like a gutted race car. Order EKSTK2 if you've got a B16 or B20 engine. Order EKSTK3 if you've got a B18 engine. Make sure you order the correct kit for your engine or the left hand mount won't fit.
