If your 2000-2009 Honda S2000 needs new engine mounts, this is the kit. The Hasport APSTK replacement engine mount kit fits both the AP1 (2000-2003) and AP2 (2004-2009) chassis with the stock F20C or F22C engine. It replaces the left and right engine mounts using Hasport's billet aluminum housings and comes in five bushing options so you can match the mount to how you actually use the car.

Note: This kit does NOT include the rear differential mounts. If you need those, pick up the Hasport APDIFF Rear Differential Mount Kit separately.

Choose Your Durometer

Every APSTK kit ships with a billet aluminum mount housing. The bushing insert is what changes between SKUs. Here is what each option means for your build:

62A - Daily Driver

The 62A polyurethane bushing is the softest option in the lineup. It is the right call if the S2000 is your daily or a street car you want to keep comfortable. NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) is kept low - noticeably firmer than a worn OEM rubber mount but nothing that will rattle your fillings. If you want a direct OEM replacement that actually lasts, start here.

70A - Street / Occasional Track

The 70A is the most popular choice for S2000 owners who drive the car on weekends and hit a track day a few times a year. You will feel a moderate increase in NVH over the 62A, but most drivers adapt quickly. Engine response tightens up noticeably compared to worn stock mounts.

88A - Dedicated Track / Extreme Street

Step up to 88A if the car spends serious time at the track. This durometer is built for drivers who prioritize chassis feedback and drivetrain precision over ride comfort. NVH is high - this is not a daily driver bushing. If you are doing time attack, HPDE, or any serious autocross, 88A keeps the drivetrain planted where you need it.

94A - Full Race

The 94A is as far as you go before going fully solid. It is spec'd for dedicated race cars where NVH is irrelevant and every bit of drivetrain slop needs to be eliminated. Very high vibration transfer to the chassis - not appropriate for street use.

6061 Billet Aluminum - Solid / Competition Only

The 6061 variant replaces the urethane insert entirely with a solid billet 6061 aluminum insert. Zero deflection. Maximum chassis feedback. This is for competition-only builds - drag cars, time attack builds, or anything where the car never sees a public road. NVH is at maximum. Do not run these on the street.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this fit both AP1 and AP2 S2000?

Yes. The APSTK fits the full 2000-2009 Honda S2000 production run. AP1 covers 2000-2003 and AP2 covers 2004-2009. Both use the stock F-series engine and share the same mount locations, so fitment is identical across all model years.

Which durometer should I pick for a stock S2000 I drive daily?

Go with the 62A. It gives you a durable, long-lasting bushing with low NVH that will not make your daily commute miserable. The 70A is a reasonable second choice if you do occasional spirited driving, but 62A is the right call for a true daily driver.

Will I need to buy the rear differential mounts too?

This kit only covers the left and right engine mounts. If your rear differential mounts are also worn, you will want to add the APDIFF to your order. Many S2000 owners replace both at the same time since the labor overlaps.

Do I need to match durometers across the front mounts?

The APSTK kit includes matching left and right mounts at the same durometer. Both mounts in the kit are the same bushing spec, which is what you want for balanced engine retention.
