Description
Hasport Engine Mounts - 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si (FG4 / FB6)
Stock engine mounts do their job when they're new, but the rubber bushings wear out over time. Once they do, the engine moves around more than it should, and that shows up as drivetrain slop, wheel hop, and extra stress on your steering and suspension. These are Hasport's stock-replacement mounts for the 9th gen Civic Si, and they fix that weak link.
Hasport swaps the worn rubber bushings for polyurethane, or solid aluminum if you want maximum rigidity. The engine stays put, traction stays planted, and wheel hop drops off hard. What you get is a more stable, predictable car that actually puts its power to the ground instead of wasting it on the engine rocking in the bay. They're direct replacements for your OE mounts, so the install is straightforward and the hardware is included.
Pick Your Durometer
Choose the bushing hardness based on how you drive. Softer bushings stay comfortable for daily driving; stiffer ones lock the engine down for track and race use. The tradeoff is simple and worth understanding before you order: the stiffer the mount, the more engine vibration you'll feel in the cabin.
- 62A - Street: the smoothest option and the closest to stock. Best for daily drivers who want tighter engine control with minimal added vibration.
- 70A - Mixed Use: a bit stiffer, for a street car that sees the track now and then.
- 88A - Track: the stiffest polyurethane option. Great for a dedicated track car, and it adds noticeable vibration.
- 6061 Solid Aluminum: maximum rigidity for a race car. Not for street use, your fillings will notice.
