Exedy Stage 2 Cerametallic 4-Puck Clutch Kit for K-Series - Part #08951P4
This is the K-series clutch for a car that's past what a Stage 1 organic will hold but isn't ready to pay for a twin disc. Bolt-on turbo RSX-S, a built K20Z3 Si that sees the drag strip on slicks, a K-swapped EG on a cam and tune. Exedy rates it at 224 lb-ft at the wheels, and the four-puck thick disc is the more streetable of the two Stage 2 discs Exedy offers for this platform.
What It Is and Why It Works
The pressure plate is a ductile-iron Exedy Stage cover with roughly 40 percent more clamp load than stock, which is where the holding capacity comes from. The disc is cerametallic, so it doesn't fade when you slip it hot, and it's the thick disc, so there's enough material to survive abuse. The sprung hub keeps drivetrain shock out of the transmission. Compared with the 3-puck 08951, the fourth puck spreads engagement over more area, so it grabs a little less violently and wears longer.
Don't read "more streetable" as smooth. It's a puck clutch. Engagement is short and firm, the pedal is heavier than stock, and creeping in traffic takes practice. It's fine as a daily if you're honest about that. If you need something that drives like stock and still holds power, look at the Stage 1 organic or a cushion-button disc instead.

What to Know Before You Buy
Resurface or replace the flywheel. The friction face has to be flat and fresh or the pucks will bed unevenly and chatter from day one. If your flywheel is already thin or heat-checked, get the FW version of the kit.
Give it 500 easy miles before you launch it. Cerametallic needs to bed in; cooking it in the first week ruins the disc and voids Exedy's warranty.
Replacement disc for this kit is HD10T1 (the 4-puck). HD10T is the 3-puck for the 08951.
