PRODUCT DETAILS

Eibach Sportline Lowering Springs for 2018-2022 Honda Accord - Part #E20-40-038-01-22

The Sportline is Eibach's aggressive spring for the 10th gen Accord. Where the Pro-Kit takes the 18-22 Accord down under an inch, the Sportline drops it roughly 1.6 inches in front and 1.8 inches in the rear, which kills most of the fender gap on a stock-height Accord and gets the car visibly planted. You get the same progressive spring design Eibach uses across the line, so initial compliance stays reasonable for a daily while the rate builds as the spring compresses.

The tradeoff with any drop this size is geometry. Rear camber on this chassis goes well negative past an inch of drop, and Honda gives you no factory rear camber adjustment, so Eibach requires its Rear Camber Kit (part 5.67476K) for proper alignment with this kit. Budget for it and an alignment when you order, not after the first set of chewed-up rear tires. The springs are tested on factory dampers, but a drop close to two inches works stock shocks hard; they will wear faster, and a damper upgrade is worth considering if the car will stay this low long term.

2018-2022Honda Accord Sedan1.5T and 2.0T trims (LX, Sport, Sport SE, EX, EX-L, Touring)

Eibach lists this kit for the 2018-2022 Accord sedan with the 1.5L turbo or 2.0L turbo engine, including the Touring 2.0T. It is not listed for Accord Hybrid models. If you want a milder drop on the same chassis, the Eibach Pro-Kit for the 18-22 Accord drops about half as much.

What to Know Before You Buy

This is a set of four springs only. Reuse your factory dampers, mounts, and hardware. Plan on the rear camber kit at the same time; at this drop it is not optional if you care about rear tire life. Eibach covers the springs with its current Five-Year Warranty. If you mostly want the handling benefit with less rake and less risk of rubbing on wider wheels, the Pro-Kit version of this spring is the safer call.
