Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs for 2017-2021 Civic Type R - Part #E10-40-036-03-22
The FK8 Pro-Kit is the conservative drop for a car that Honda already set up well: 0.6 inch in front and 0.7 inch in the rear, per Eibach's own release data for this part. That is enough to close the wheel gap and drop the center of gravity without eating suspension travel, and Eibach tested the kit on the factory dampers with the adaptive damper system active, so Comfort, Sport, and +R all keep doing their jobs. Owners running this kit consistently report the same thing: a subtle, clean drop with no rubbing and ride quality close to stock.
The spring rates step up slightly over stock through Eibach's progressive winding, which tightens body control at the new height. If you were expecting the 1 inch drop some marketplace listings advertise for this part, that number is wrong; Eibach publishes 0.6 and 0.7, and that restraint is the point. For an FK8 that sees track duty on stock dampers, staying inside the factory damping envelope matters.

What to Know Before You Buy
Eibach requires its Rear Camber Kit (part 5.67476K) for proper alignment with these springs, and we sell that kit. At this mild a drop many owners run without it and just rotate tires, but the rear picks up negative camber you cannot adjust out with factory parts, so the arms are the correct long-term answer. If you want the FK8 lower than this, Eibach's Sportline version drops 1.0 front and 0.9 rear and makes the camber kit non-negotiable. Springs carry Eibach's Five-Year Warranty.
