If the head is coming off an LS Integra, this is the box that puts it back on. One part number covers every gasket and seal between the deck and the intake tract on the non-VTEC B18, built around a Cometic MLS head gasket instead of the fiber part the car left the factory with thirty years ago.

What It Is and Why It Works

Street Pro is Cometic's line of complete rebuild kits using the same gasket technology as their individual race parts. The centerpiece here is an 82mm MLS head gasket in .036 thickness: embossed Viton-coated stainless outer layers over a stainless shim, sealed without sealant or re-torque, rated to 482F. Around it, the kit packs the soft parts that always turn out to be dried out once the head is on the bench: valve cover set, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, cam seals, valve stem seals, thermostat seal, and throttle body gasket. Buying it as a kit beats chasing a dozen part numbers across three suppliers, and everything in the box is Cometic quality rather than parts-store mystery fiber.

Non-VTEC B18 only. The DOHC VTEC engines (B16A, B18C1, B18C5) use different Street Pro kits, which we also carry.

What to Know Before You Buy

The 82mm gasket covers the stock 81mm bore and anything up to 82mm, so a stock or lightly overbored block is fine as-is. This SKU carries the .036 head gasket; Cometic also builds the kit around a .030, so if you are chasing an exact compression number, run the math on the half-point of deck height difference before ordering. Doing the bottom end too? Cometic's PRO2004B bottom end kit adds the oil pan, rear main, front crank seals, and water pump gasket for a complete reseal.
