Cometic MLS Exhaust Manifold Gasket for S2000 - Part #C4159-030

Every S2000 header install and every head job needs a fresh exhaust manifold gasket, and the F20C runs hot enough that the factory single-layer piece doesn't love a second life. Cometic's C4159-030 is a 3-layer MLS gasket for the F20C and F22C exhaust flange: seals a slightly warped header, holds torque, and doesn't burn out between ports.

What It Is and Why It Works

Header flanges and heads expand at different rates, and on a car that gets driven hard the factory single-layer gasket eventually stops keeping up. Cometic's exhaust gasket is the same 3-layer MLS construction as their head gaskets: stainless layers with a Viton coating that seals against a flange that isn't perfectly flat and springs back after every heat cycle instead of crushing flat and going soft. It holds torque, so the flange bolts don't work loose, and it won't burn through or push out between ports the way a composite can on a turbo car.

Port opening is 2.030 x 1.730 in per Cometic, matched to the F20C/F22C head. It fits the stock manifold and any aftermarket S2000 header using the factory flange.
