ATI Performance Products has developed the Super Damper for Honda K-series engines, specifically for the 2002-2006 Acura RSX and 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si. This damper is suitable for both street and racing applications. The street version (Part # 918477) features 360° laser-etched timing marks and a single serpentine belt drive on the outer shell to utilize the factory serpentine belt setup. Race dampers allow for the mounting of a dry sump oiling drive gear to the front of the pulley. All K-series Super Dampers exceed SFI 18.1 Safety Certification and are approved for NHRA and IHRA competition.
The ATI Super Damper measures 5.67" in diameter, which aligns precisely with the K20Z3 and K20A2. If using this damper on an engine with a crank pulley that is larger from the factory, K20A3, K24A1/A2/A4, or K24Z, please note that the ATI Damper will become an underdrive pulley, which can drive the accessories slower than normal. If replacing the factory crank pulley that is smaller than 5.67", which would be the K20Z1, the accessories would be overdriven.

Ensure the engine is cool before installation. Remove the old damper and replace it with the ATI Super Damper. Tighten to manufacturer’s torque specifications.
