aFe MACH Force-Xp Black Exhaust Tips

These aFe MACH Force-Xp tips finish your tailpipe in matte black, with an angle-cut rolled edge and a visible aFe logo plate. You've got a 9-inch-long tip for 3-inch tubing, or two longer versions for a 5-inch connection. Pick the inlet that matches your exhaust before deciding how far you want the tip to sit out from the bumper.

Match the pipe before choosing the length

49T50601-B155 inches6 inches15 inches

On the short 49T30401-B09, you're looking at a 4-inch outlet but attaching it to 3-inch tubing. The larger tips take 5-inch tubing and open out to 6 inches. Measure the tailpipe itself, especially on a car with an exhaust that's been modified before. The clamp won't make a larger inlet fit a smaller pipe properly.

Leave room for the wider outlet at the bumper opening and check the overall length against nearby bodywork. Some of that length overlaps the tailpipe, so a 9-inch tip won't add a full 9 inches to the exhaust. Set it on the car and check its position before you tighten the clamp.

Matte black over 409 stainless

aFe makes all three of these tips from 409 stainless steel and finishes them in matte black. They're single-wall tips: the rolled end gives the edge its shape without adding a second wall around the body. When you're comparing other MACH Force-Xp finishes, check the steel grade on the specific part number. It isn't the same throughout the range.

The laser-cut aFe plate sits on the outside, held by rivets. Keep that badge in mind if you're aiming for a completely plain black outlet. This is a change to how the exhaust looks; you shouldn't buy the tip expecting a particular sound or power gain.

Clamp mounting and clearance

Each tip includes a stainless band clamp that secures its slotted inlet to the tailpipe. The two 5-inch-inlet versions have a bottom drain port; keep it clear and facing down. A drain port isn't confirmed for 49T30401-B09.

These are universal tips selected by pipe measurements, including for a custom Honda or Acura exhaust. They don't establish a direct-fit application for a specific chassis. Measure the exhaust on your car and check clearance for the wider end before ordering. aFe states that these tips don't require a CARB Executive Order.

Universal pipe-size fitment. 49T30401-B09 requires a 3-inch connection; 49T50601-B12 and B15 require a 5-inch connection. Outlet diameter is not inlet diameter. Verify overall length and body clearance; no specific Honda or Acura chassis fitment is implied.

Match the inlet to the tailpipe and position the tip with adequate overlap and body clearance before tightening the supplied band clamp. For 49T50601-B12 and B15, keep the bottom drain opening clear and facing down. Drain-port presence is not confirmed for 49T30401-B09.
