These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the HBR 2025 Black Friday Giveaway (“Promotion” or “Giveaway”) sponsored by DMM Motorsports LLC, located at 727 Highlandia Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70810 (“Sponsor”). By entering, each participant agrees to these Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

  1. Eligibility

    This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

    This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

  2. Promotion Period

    The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 20, 2025, and ends at 9:00 a.m. CT on December 2, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

  3. How to Enter

    There are three (3) ways to enter the Promotion:

    1. Email Signup Entry (Free Entry)
      Visit https://www.hybrid-racing.com/pages/countdown-2025 during the Promotion Period and enter your valid email address in the official entry form. Each valid email submission will receive one (1) entry into the drawing.

    2. Purchase Entry
      Every $1 (one U.S. dollar) spent on qualifying purchases at https://www.hybrid-racing.com/ during the Promotion Period will count as one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

      For example, a $50 qualifying purchase equals 50 entries.

      Only completed orders processed during the Promotion Period will count as eligible entries. Returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will void associated entries.

    3. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
      To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your name, mailing address, and email address on a self-addressed postcard and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

      Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by November 25, 2025, and received by December 1, 2025 to be eligible.

      Each mail-in entry will receive fifty (50) entries.

      Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. Multiple entries mailed together in a single envelope will not be accepted. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

  4. Entry Conditions

    • Limit one (1) email entry per person.
    • Unlimited entries through purchases and mail-ins (subject to the rules above).
    • Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are void.
    • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries.

  5. Prize(s)

  6. Winner Selection and Odds

    On or about December 2, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

    The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final and binding.

    The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  7. Winner Notification and Verification

    Potential winners will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.

    Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If a winner fails to respond or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

    Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

  8. Publicity

    By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their name, likeness, photograph, and hometown for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  9. General Conditions

    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

    In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may award the prizes in a random drawing from all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to the event requiring such action.

    Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  10. Release and Limitation of Liability

    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

    Sponsor is not responsible for:

    • Any incorrect or inaccurate information;
    • Technical failures of any kind;
    • Unauthorized human intervention;
    • Printing or typographical errors;
    • Or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

  11. Disputes and Governing Law

    Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

    All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  12. Privacy

    Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.hybrid-racing.com/pages/terms. Personal information will only be used to administer the Promotion and notify winners unless otherwise stated.

  13. Winners List

    For the name of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
