Honda 80291-TF3-E01 is the genuine pollen filter for 10th-gen Civic (2016-2021, including Si), 11th-gen Civic (2022-2026), Civic Type R (FK8 and FL5), and Integra / Type S (DE5). It sits in the HVAC housing and catches dust, pollen, and leaves before that air hits the cabin. This is the same Honda part the car left the factory with.

What It Is and Why It Works

Honda sizes this filter to the factory housing so it seals around the edge. A loose universal filter leaves a gap, and unfiltered air just walks around it. Honda markets 80291-TF3-E01 as the pollen filter that sits near the blower. Swap it when airflow drops or the cabin starts to smell musty. Honda's own interval is in the maintenance minder. Most owners change it with the air filter on a service.

This is a disposable paper pollen filter, not a washable cabin filter. You pull the old one and install the new one. No oil, no cleaning kit. If you want a reusable cabin filter, that is a different SKU.

What to Know Before You Buy

Pop the glovebox, drop it, and slide the old filter out. Match the airflow arrow on the new one. No tools. If the housing is full of leaves, vacuum that out before the new filter goes in or you'll clog it on day one.

This is the Honda paper filter. It is not K&N VF2033 or VF2086 and it is not the aFe carbon cabin. If you already have a later Honda supersession on the box, check the PN on the old filter before you order.
