TracTuff PRB/PRC Swirl Pot V4 – K20A/K20A2/K20A3/K20Z1/K24A1 Engines
The TracTuff PRB/PRC Swirl Pot V4 is a high-performance cooling solution engineered for K20A/A2/A3/Z1 and K24A1 engines. Designed primarily for 2.0L engines but also compatible with 2.4L engines, the V4 maintains a level radiator hose connection when used with OEM or OE replacement engine mounts. Its standard 1.25″ hose connection ensures easy compatibility with factory radiator hoses, simplifying installation and maintaining reliable coolant flow.
The V4 is essentially a flipped version of the V2 swirl pot, relocating the cylinder behind the flange while keeping the inlet and outlet configuration consistent at the 3 o’clock position. This innovative design provides additional flexibility for turbo or aftermarket setups while preserving optimal coolant circulation. The CNC-machined flange is crafted from US-milled 6061-T6 aluminum for strength and precision, featuring a -8 ORB water bypass port and OEM O-ring groove. A sensor port can be added to the top or side of the flange for customizable monitoring, and the outlet can be clocked to your needs, compatible with either standard 1.25″ OD hose or -16 male flare fittings.
Cap provision will work with 88-91 Civic/CRX radiator caps and the Hybrid Racing Type F Radiator Cap.
