In January 2023, the TracTuff water pump delete received significant upgrades. The alternator bracket was redesigned to work seamlessly with the Dailey Engineering Dry Sump kit, moving the alternator upward to increase compatibility. The tensioner window was relocated to eliminate misalignment, and the traditional M8 tensioner bolt was replaced with a precision-ground stainless pin retained by a 5/16″ circlip for zero slop and improved durability.
Please note that removing the water pump housing, eliminates the opportunity to retain air conditioning as some of the mounting points are removed.
