Drive Shaft Shop Axles

When performing a K swap a custom axle combination is required. Due to the different needs of each of our customers we offer the axle kits in 4 different stages.

Our Stage 0 Axles use a chrome moly center bar, billet inner c.v. with an oversized tripod, and a new heat treated billet outer c.v. joint. The outer c.v. is made with a single arc design. This is a wear advantage over the factory Honda dual arc design that tends to wear out prematurely. This is a superior axle for any stock replacement or swap but does not carry a warranty. These axles are designed for an alternative to cheap re-builds and are inexpensive units for swaps.

Our Stage 2.9 Axles are for extreme street/track use. The axles are designed to handle 475HP at the wheels. These axles are the result of our extensive track testing. The inner and outer c.v. is borrowed from our track tested Stage 3.9 system using a new proprietary material and are solid torsional center bars, chrome moly spline plug and high grade inner housings with oversized tripod. What makes this stand apart from the rest is the new outer c.v. which is made from high grade chrome moly with a crazy heat treatment. During destructive testing it broke a 300m bar!!! It’s designed to fit the standard 26 spline size of the Honda/Acura platforms. These axles carry a one year warranty.

Our Level 3.9 Axle/Hub system is made and designed for the real fast street car or drag car with up to 600HP. This was our older Level 5 (2004 and older) system and we have brought it out of retirement due to the fact that a 600hp street car is now a normal thing. This has been one of the best known systems for a Honda platform to date and is still a staple in most tuner shops around the world. The kit comes with both axles made from 300M with billet inner housings. The outer cv is 20% larger than a factory one and is made from a Proprietary material that is brutally strong. The kit comes with a custom hub that is an exact replica of the factory one except it has the larger spline inside. This set is considered extreme for an extreme car.
