Built around a TD05 bearing housing, the R660AS represents a massive step up from the restrictive TD04 format found in OEM turbochargers. The larger housing allows for a full-sized 8mm dual ceramic ball bearing system, delivering lightning-fast spool, reduced friction, and the ability to handle increased thrust loads. Oversized coolant passages and -10AN coolant lines ensure optimal cooling under high temperatures, providing the reliability that serious power builds demand.

At the heart of the R660AS lies a precision-engineered billet point-milled compressor wheel and a MAR-M Super Alloy turbine wheel and shaft—materials chosen for their incredible heat tolerance and strength under extreme load. RV6 includes everything needed for installation: the R660AS Turbocharger, carbon fiber inlet pipe, inlet elbow, couplers, titanium stud set, RV6 bypass valve, and all required hardware. Please note that the included inlet pipe is compatible only with PRL Race or Big Bore MAF housings, and the system requires an FK8, FL5, or DE5 wastegate actuator for operation.
