Hybrid Racing Universal -8 ORB to 1/8" NPT Fuel Rail Fitting

Need to install a fuel pressure gauge or pressure sensor on your aftermarket fuel rail? Our -8 ORB to 1/8" NPT adapter fitting screws into the end of your fuel rail and gives you a 1/8" NPT port for your gauge or sensor. Most aftermarket fuel rails have -8 ORB ports on the ends. Most fuel pressure gauges and sensors use 1/8" NPT threads. This adapter converts the -8 ORB port on your fuel rail to 1/8" NPT so you can screw your gauge or sensor directly into your fuel rail. If you're running an aftermarket fuel rail and you want to monitor fuel pressure, you need this adapter.

Here's What You're Getting

This is a black anodized -8 ORB to 1/8" NPT adapter fitting. One end's got -8 ORB threads that screw into your fuel rail. The other end's got 1/8" NPT female threads for your fuel pressure gauge or sensor. The fitting comes with an E85-safe O-ring that seals the -8 ORB side to your fuel rail. If you're running E85 or you plan to run E85, the O-ring's compatible. You're not replacing the O-ring with an E85-safe one later. It's already E85-safe.

Works with Any -8 ORB Fuel Rail

This fitting works with any aftermarket fuel rail that's got -8 ORB ports. We designed it to be universal. If your fuel rail's got -8 ORB ports on the ends, this fitting screws right in. Most aftermarket fuel rails for Honda, Acura, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, and other import platforms use -8 ORB ports. Check your fuel rail to make sure it's -8 ORB before you order.

Note: This fitting's for -8 ORB ports only. If your fuel rail's got -6 ORB ports or a different thread, this won't fit. Check your fuel rail before you order. The 1/8" NPT side's female threads, so your gauge or sensor needs male 1/8" NPT threads. Most fuel pressure gauges and sensors use 1/8" NPT male threads, but verify your gauge or sensor before you order. Use thread sealant or PTFE tape on the NPT threads when you install your gauge or sensor. Don't overtighten the fitting into your fuel rail. The O-ring seals it, not the threads. Tighten it until it seats, then stop.
