Note: After you put the new belt on, check the tension. Push down on the belt halfway between the pulleys. It should move about 1/2 inch. Too loose and it squeals. Too tight and you're trashing the power steering pump bearings. If it's still squealing after you've installed it, loosen the pump adjustment bolt, pry the pump away from the engine to tighten the belt, then lock it down. Drive it for a few days and check the tension again. New belts stretch a bit and sometimes need tightening after break-in. If it's still squealing even when it's tensioned right, you might have power steering fluid leaking onto the belt. Fluid on the belt makes it slip no matter how tight it is.
